-In 1798, Establishment of the DEBAT family on the Rondillon terroir in Loupiac. Genesis of the production of dry and sweet white wine.
-In 1810, Purchase of the CLOS DU CHATEAU DE CADILLAC by the Darriet family
-In 1927, the wines of Château Dauphiné-Rondillon are commercialised in bottles and are appreciated as much as the prestigious Sauternes.
-In 1935, the Château Dauphiné-Rondillon 1931 was sold at the same rank as Château Pétrus 1931.
-In 1950 The arrival at the wine estate of Guy Darriet, chemical engineer and officer in the navy, was a real benefit as he developed an avant- gardiste environmental approach
-In 1952, Château Dauphiné-Rondillon entered the cellar of the French Presidency, "L’Elysée".
-In 2009, Area Certification
-In 2018,Level 3 Certification. High environmental value corresponds to the highest level of a more general scheme of environmental certification of wine estates.

Quality is a key word in our vineyard and we do our best to improve it being aware of new technologies thanks in particular to the research driven by the “University of Oenology of Bordeaux“ where Philippe Darriet is professor and researcher. He worked many years on the Sauvignon Blanc variety.
